I’ve been ill.
Like REALLY ILL with 39 degrees fever.
Thankfully with Count’s care and many hours of rest, I have recovered.
One of they key factors in getting better was hydration.
Water is such an important part of well being and having a desk job it’s easy for me to keep drinking water between Monday to Friday. My pitfall is when I’m out and about I don’t drink enough water.
We’re fortunate to live in a place where water is abundant so if you had a few drinks last night and/or likes a good strong coffee in the morning just remember to drink a big glass of water 😉
