Designing Pears

I was strolling in the Sydney CBD last weekend and stumbled across a clothes store that was promoting a T-shirt design competition.

And I thought – why not?

Off in the back of my mind the design competition was always there throughout the week- incubating….

Somehow pear came to mind but a ‘pop’ one.  One became three and three became multiple design options.

I often like drawing and doodling and painting but graphic design (with a bit of skill) is a simple and fun way to explore colour, effect and composition.

Which one takes your fancy?

  3. I really like the top one with the pear emerging from the yellow stripes. I think it would also make some really nice children’s clothes. I hope the competition goes well!
